We love all the staff here!!All of the dental assistants are very friendly and always make my daughter feel welcome & super good & confident about herself!!! They are all very knowledgeable and talk you through the whole visit. Dr. Jeff is a super cool guy and super hip. My daughter loves going to see him cause its a clean, comfortable, & super friendly atmosphere!!

Rocky Top’s entire staff are INCREDIBLE!!!! From the moment we arrived to our appointment to the end we were treated with outstanding kindness ! The entire atmosphere is kid friendly and very welcoming! This office is great especially for children that are a bit shy or intimidated with medical visits! They made sure to keep my daughter very comfortable and did a fantastic job at explaining everything! We will always choose Rocky Top for dental treatments!!

Our family of 3 have been coming to this office since they were 3 years old (when it was Dr DeBerry) We were always pleased but When Dr Jeff took over it just improved!!!! We drive 45 minutes to come here cause they are truly amazing!!! We have NEVER had a bad experience! Our kids are almost at the age of leaving and they are devastated and have cried over it, we ABSOLUTELY LOVE all the staff and Dr Jeff! They look forward to spending the morning with them!!!!!! We going to miss all the wonderful times, and laughs! Thank you for being so good with our kids and always making it a wonderful experience! Love the Bussell Family!

Absolutely love this place! They have always done amazing Job with my kids.Our son has AdHD and has a hard time sitting still, but they did great with him. Both our daughters get scared at Dentist appointments, but they absolutely love it here. They make them feel safe and happy. The staff was very helpful to, and they got us in super quick.!

DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!!!! Do not EVER take your kids here. I thought this place was great for the first several checkups of my daughter’s life. Today was a completely different experience. The front desk ladies were rude right off the bat. The hygienists were treating us like we don’t brush my daughter’s teeth (we do, 2x every single day.) They were condescending and rude. One said condescendingly, it looked like my daughter might have a cavity. (SHE DID NOT) My daughter has a very hard time at the dentist. She’s afraid and cries, as most kids her age do. (3.5) Every other appointment she’s had, they were good with her even though she was having a tough time and crying/screaming. Today, you could tell they were all angry at her for being a scared kid and mad at me for I guess not somehow magically making her not afraid. We do everything in our power to minimize her fear of them. You name it, we do it. But she’s still horribly afraid. Dr Jeff came in and as he was doing his exam, his anger with her was increasing rapidly. Then he put his hand OVER MY DAUGHTERS MOUTH. She was full of boogers (from sobbing) and she could not breathe. I made him remove his hand IMMEDIATELY. He told m
